Never in my life did I expect to be someone who had a collection of shoes for a country lifestyle, but here we are. The spark that started it all was my desire to have some good, sturdy boots for the hunting property my husband had recently purchased. I do not hunt myself, but I knew that there was a possibility of me at least spending some time out there. I also knew that I wanted to get back into the horse world, so it was important to me that the boots also had a stirrup-approved heel. As soon as I stumbled upon the “Langdale” style by Ariat, I was in love! They met my needs and I was surprised by how well they fit overall.
Since then, I have added more shoes and boots to my line up that all serve different, functional purposes. They are all worn regularly (and it shows) but most importantly, they have been comfortable for long hours volunteering at the barn and trudging through the countryside.
